Whether influence happens in a workplace, church, family, or community, what matters is how people use what they have been given to serve others and move forward with purpose.
That philosophy has been shaped by years of personal and professional experience. Jeff openly reflects on the lessons that came from success, mistakes, pressure, growth, and the people who challenged him along the way. One of those early influences was a teacher who expected more from him and helped shape his understanding of leadership through both truth and encouragement.

Today, Jeff is the owner and operator of Coastal Leadership Coaching, where he focuses on helping people recognize their potential, grow through intentional learning, and become stronger leaders in their personal, professional, and philanthropic lives.
His work as an author and coach reflects the same core values: faith, presence, character, wisdom, action, and a genuine commitment to people. Jeff believes leadership is not about having every answer. It is about showing up well, staying teachable, acting with courage, and helping others become more of who they were created to be.
